島根県内で活躍する20〜40代の若手先輩起業家を講師に迎え、塾生自らが実行するプランを作り上げる。
地元の先輩起業家、地域プロデューサーによるケーススタディセミナーと自分のプランを立案するグループワークを行う。
雲南市を中心に市外県外へとネットワークを広げて、地域で活躍する若手人材育成・輩出のプラットフォームを目指す。1期生も元気で活動中で、彼ら彼女らの近況報告も講座内で行う。
というわけで、島根県人でないと参加できないというわけではない。
地域プロデュースや島根県内で仕事を創っていきたいと考えている方にぜひとも受講して頂きたい。
